* TIMING... SNOW WILL
INCREASE ACROSS CENTRAL ILLINOIS LATER TUESDAY MORNING AND THEN BECOME HEAVY
TUESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT... THEN DIMINISH WEDNESDAY. SIGNIFICANT
BLOWING SNOW WILL OCCUR TUESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

ACCUMULATIONS... SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 12 TO 18 INCHES ARE EXPECTED...
